Vision Therapy Activity Helps with “Problems Focusing Eyes”

Vision Therapy Helps with Eye Focus

Focusing issues, or accommodation, is more than a case of “having the problem of focusing your eyes.”  As is many of the vision problems we encounter at The Vision Therapy Center, these are issues that affect the entire visual system.  In this video, we’ll focus on an activity that helps people overcome problems with their focusing system. For kids in school, problems with their focusing system mean they’ll get tired when they read, won’t be able to read very long, or have problems copying materials from the board.

In this video, Dr. Kellye Knueppel describes how focusing works.  She also shows a vision therapy activity that uses a “flipper,” and the impact it has on your visual system.
